Ksquared Search is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ariel Mollick as our new Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator.
With over 15 years of experience spanning financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, Ariel Mollick brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and strategic brand development that will enhance our firm’s ability to deliver exceptional executive search solutions. Her proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and coordinating high-level executive initiatives makes her particularly well-suited for supporting our executive search process.
Most recently, as Marketing Director at the Miami Beach Jewish Community Center, Ariel led comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives, including a successful organizational rebranding and implementation of modernized digital platforms. Her experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple concurrent projects demonstrates the precise attention to detail required in executive search. Her ability to craft compelling narratives and build strong stakeholder relationships aligns perfectly with Ksquared Search’s high-touch, collaborative approach.
Previously, as a Senior Account Executive at Hill & Knowlton, Ariel specialized in corporate and financial relations, managing strategic communications for industry leaders such as Travelport, Deloitte, and Zurich Financial Services. Her work on internal communications and diversity initiatives at Schering-Plough contributed to the company being recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as one of the Best Places to Work for GLBT Equality, showcasing her commitment to inclusive excellence—a value that resonates deeply with Ksquared Search’s mission.
In her role at Ksquared Search, Ariel will leverage her extensive marketing expertise and creative capabilities to enhance our firm’s marketing initiatives while supporting our executive search process. Her background in developing integrated marketing strategies and managing complex projects positions her perfectly to contribute to our boutique firm’s growth while maintaining our commitment to personalized service.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ariel brings entrepreneurial spirit through her experience running her graphic design business, where she helped clients develop comprehensive brand identities and marketing strategies. She holds a BA in Art History and Studio Art from Tulane University and completed specialized studies in Writing for Public Relations at NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She lives in Miami Beach with her husband and two sons.
